My practice continues to grow and change as I continue learn new techniques and new ways of looking at the structural body. In this section you will find the main modalities I integrate into sessions.

     Through unwinding holding patterns that may stem from repetitive actions, an injury (old or new), or postural issues we can relieve pain and tension. I combine deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point/NMT, and thai movement to help release pain and increase range of motion and strength.
